POSTURE PRACTICE ONLINE

StrongPosture Exercise Protocols get results by strengthening core control, function and posture with defined, short duration encounters designed for clinical settings.  These progressive exercise protocols progress patients/clients along Balance, Alignment and Motion (B.A.M.) tracks and build an individualized 10 minute a day StrongPosture™ exercise program for pain relief, performance and wellness.  

    Based on StrongPosture™ concepts from Stand Taller~Live Longer-An Anti-aging Strategy, by Dr. Steven Weiniger  & the Posture Practice seminars

Posture Practice Online Modules
Posture Practice I:  Rehab of Motion & Balance StrongPosture™protocols rehab patients with low tech tools (wall, ball, etc) and educate people with "Bio-mechanics 101" concepts to engage them as they progress from Acute to Rehab to Wellness.  (VIDEO format- 3 CE hours)
Posture Practice II Motion Patterns Principles of posture biomechanics and assessment integrated with rehab exercises build the perceived value of daily Posture Exercise.  FOCUS: Individualized progressions of Balance, Alignment & Motion protocols (req.Mod I)(VIDEO format- 3 CE hours) 
Posture Practice III Compensation & Stabilization Strengthening torso-pelvis & low back stabilization in Balance, Wall & Ball protocol progressions.  ALSO: StrongPosture Lifehabits to help Boomers age well. (req.Mod I,II) (VIDEO format- 3 CE hours) 
Posture Practice IV Adaptation & Core Retraining Progressive exercise protocols for wellness professionals to strengthen patterns of an individual's whole body posture & motion patterns. FOCUS: Adaptation of Upper body, shoulder girdle & respiration. (req.Mod I-III) (VIDEO format- 3 CE hours)
Posture Practice V StrongPosture & Wellness Strengthening Balance, Alignment & Motion for relief, rehab, performance and aging well with posture exercise and other intelligent LifeHabits.  FOCUS: Gait & posture assessment  (req.Mod I-IV) (VIDEO format- 3 CE hours)
     


 Certified Posture Exercise Professional Certification (C.P.E.P.) Program

CPEP seal

Get listed as a posture professional qualified to teach StrongPosture™ exercises in the BodyZone.com and Stand Taller~Live Longer directories.

C.P.E.P. requires 24 hours of BodyZone StrongPosture training- live, online &/or private. In addition, candidates for BodyZone Certified Posture Exercise Professional (CPEP) proficiency testing will be required to have at least 60 days of experience both doing and cueing StrongPosture™ exercises before sitting for a practical examination.
